Jumbo Pets offers FLAT RATE SHIPPING as follows:

  • $6.95 nationally for all parcels under 500g
  • $6.95 to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Wollongong
  • $8.95 to Canberra, Gosford, Newcastle and the NSW Central Coast

Outside of these, the shipping cost you pay will be dependent on your location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost, enter your postcode into the box at the top of our website. Your final shipping cost will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment.

Jumbo Pets offers FREE SHIPPING as follows: 

  • Free shipping is only available for some items like flea and worm products that can fit in an envelope. If the product in your cart has free shipping available, it will be an option at checkout.
  • These are sent in an envelope via regular post which has no tracking number or insurance. These can take up to 3 weeks for delivery and any purchases sent in this manner are posted at the purchaser's own risk.
