Order Delays

Due to ongoing high levels of demand to courier services, you may experience a slight delivery delay. We are working with our suppliers and courier partners to try to get your stock out to you as quickly as possible.

Customer Service

Our customer service staff are working as hard as they can to keep you informed. Should you need to contact us we are available via email and phone but you may experience a slight delay in our usual response time. Please be patient.

Pick Up

It is very important to us to protect the health of our pawsome team of staff so it is temporarily not possible for customers to pick up orders from our Campbelltown warehouse. 

Purchase Limits

We want to be able to provide stock to as many of our customers as possible so have placed short term restrictions on a few of our products. Jumbo Pets reserves the right to turn down orders that are unnecessarily excessive, but we know our fellow pet lovers will understand where we are coming from. We are all in this together.

Stock Levels

Jumbo Pets is working closely with suppliers to ensure we have sufficient stock levels to get through this period of high demand. In the event of us having a stock item unavailable, stock will go to orders that have already been placed, and then our website will be updated to show the item is temporarily out of stock.

Delivery Delays and Changes

We are working with our courier partners to ensure delivery gets to you as soon as possible once orders leave our warehouse, but you may experience slight delays due to the increased demand. There have also been changes to the way in which deliveries occur. 

To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting coronavirus, Australia Post parcel delivery – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Fastway Couriers also do not currently require signatures for parcel delivery. They will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions.
